Day-of-Event Information

What: AIDS Walk Los Angeles is a 10-kilometer (6.2-mile) fundraising walk to fight HIV/AIDS, and usually takes about 2.5 hours to complete. Register today to join us for an inspiring and memorable day!

Who: Celebrity guests, musical artists, elected officials, AIDS activists, and thousands of caring people like you.

 
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

When: Sunday, October 21, 2018

Where: Beginning and ending at the steps of L.A. City Hall and surrounding Downtown parkland

8:30 a.m.: Sign-In

9:00 a.m.: Aerobic Warm-Up
           
9:15 a.m.: Opening Ceremony, featuring celebrities, musical performances, and HIV/AIDS activists and leaders

10:00 a.m.: AIDS Walk Los Angeles Begins! Enjoy the 10k route through the history-rich, architecturally-vibrant streets of Downtown, with plenty of music, food, and entertainment along the way!

GO METRO! Grand Park is easily accessible via the Red and Purple lines to the Civic Center/Grand Park station.

For those arriving via Uber, Lyft, or taxi, our suggested drop-off location is at Temple and Broadway. Use 320 W Temple Street for nearest drop-off address and enter Grand Park on foot via Broadway.
